§ 13-8-12. Deficiency appropriations.

If the amounts credited to the plan on account of the death benefit portion of the plan, together with the city's contributions for the fiscal year are insufficient to meet all demands made upon the plan on account of death benefits, the amount of such insufficiency shall be provided by the appropriating authorities of the city.
