§ 13-8-33. Meetings; quorum.

The board shall hold meetings regularly, at least one in each month, and shall designate the time and place thereof. Five (5) members of the board shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the board and a majority of concurring votes shall be necessary for a decision by the board. Each member of the board shall be entitled to one vote in the board meetings. The board shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings. All meetings of the board shall be public.
