§ 14-7-1. Annual contributions contract.

(a)

The contract, substantially in the form of a contract marked exhibit "A" and on file in the clerk's office, is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance and the president of the housing commission is hereby authorized and directed to execute such contract in quadruplicate on behalf of the local authority, and the clerk of the local governing body is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the local governing body on each such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts, or any of them, to the government together with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the government.

(b)

The contract is hereby declared to be a part of this article and all applicable provisions thereof shall be deemed incorporated herein to the same extent as if the provisions thereof were expressly set forth in full herein.
