Subject to the approval of the city council, a member of the board of directors may
be removed for cause by the mayor based upon lack of qualifications, incompetency,
neglect of duties, habitual non-attendance at meetings, misconduct, conviction of
a felony, violation either of federal or of state law, violation either of section
14-10-11 or of section 14-10-13 of this Code, or violation of the bylaws of the corporation.
