§ 14-10-9. Bylaws and amendment thereof.

(a)

The bylaws shall be adopted by the board of directors of the corporation and shall be transmitted immediately to the city council. Such bylaws shall become effective only after being approved by the city council through the adoption of a resolution.

(b)

In the event that the bylaws are amended, such amendment shall become effective only after being approved by the city council through the adoption of a resolution.
