Chapter 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 1-1-1. Content, designation, and citation of the city Code.

Latest version.

The ordinances that are included in the following chapters and sections, that are saved from repeal from the 1954 and 1964 Municipal Codes of the City of Detroit, and that are incorporated by reference into this Code shall constitute and be designated as the "Detroit City Code" and may be so cited.
