§ 24-6-17. Labeling of containers.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale or otherwise dispose of in the city any insecticidal or pest control powder which contains sodium fluoride, sodium fluosilicate or any other poisonous fluorine compound, or any preparation in powder form containing arsenic or arsenic compound, or any other poisonous substance, to be used for preventing, destroying, repelling or migrating insects, vermin, rodents, or other pests, unless the container is conspicuously and legibly labeled to indicate as follows:
(1)
That it is a poison;
(2)
Symbol of skull and crossbones;
(3)
The name of the poisonous ingredients with the percentage of each;
(4)
At least one accepted antidote;
(5)
The name and address of the manufacturer or distributor.
