§ 27-8-5. Registration and termination fees.

(a)

The city clerk shall collect a separate fee for each registration or termination of a domestic partnership.

(b)

The city clerk shall collect a fee for each certified copy of a domestic partnership registration statement or of a domestic partnership termination statement.

(c)

Such fees shall be established by the city clerk and approved by the city council.
