§ 28-2-23. Clearance for outstanding violations against certain departments; procedure upon renewal.

Before any license required by this division shall be issued, the applicant shall furnish a clearance for any outstanding violations against the licensee from the department of buildings and safety engineering, department of health and the fire department of the city.
