§ 28-3-1. Loss of property.

When complaint is made to the consumer affairs department that property has been lost by any hat cleaner, he shall cause an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding such loss and adjust the same or revoke the license of the hat cleaner if such action is warranted by the facts.
