§ 31-1-2. Designation.

(a)

Eastern market. The following parcels of land are hereby declared to be a public market, to be known as eastern municipal market:

(1)

That parcel of land bounded by Russell, Wilkins, Riopelle and Alfred Streets;

(2)

That parcel of land bounded by Russell, Alfred, Riopelle and Division Streets;

(3)

That parcel of land bounded by Russell, Division, Riopelle and Adelaide Streets;

(4)

That parcel of land bounded by Russell Street, Adelaide Street, the easterly line of P.C. 12, located 280.18 feet east of and parallel to Russell Street and Winder Street;

(5)

That parcel of land bounded by Russell Street, Winder Street Market Street and Vernor Highway.

(b)

Chene-Ferry market. The following parcel of land is hereby declared to be a public market, to be known as the Chene-Ferry municipal market:

That parcel of land bounded by Ferry Avenue, the alley east of and parallel to Dubois Avenue, Palmer Avenue and the alley west of and parallel to Chene Street.
