§ 35.5-1-6. Equitable action not precluded by municipal civil infraction action.

In addition to bringing a municipal civil infraction action under this chapter, the City of Detroit is not precluded from bringing an equitable action against an alleged violator to restrain, to prevent, or to abate any violation.
