§ 3-6-6. Violations and penalties.

(a)
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the first violation, and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the second violation within a two-year period.
(b)
Each day on which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
