§ 5-7-4. Inspection of premises by Police Department and other authorized City departments.

For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this article, the owner, operator, or person in charge of a cabaret, or other authorized agents and employees of a cabaret, shall permit members of the Police Department, or any employee or agent of a City department that is authorized by this Code, to inspect, during regular business hours, any portion of the premises open to the public, subject to constitutional restrictions on unreasonable searches and seizures. Where entry is refused or not obtained, the City is authorized to pursue recourse as provided by law.
