§ 6-5-27. License posting required; non-transferable.

(a)

Upon issuance by the Business License Center and after receipt by the applicant, a pet shop license shall be posted at all times by the licensee inside the licensed premises in a conspicuous location near the entrance.

(b)

All pet shop licenses that are issued under this division shall not be transferable.
