§ 9-1-94. Post-remedy clearance report.

(a)

After lead abatement or interim controls are performed, the owner of rental property shall have a clearance examination on the property and obtain a post-remedy clearance report, as defined in section 9-1-3 of the 1984 Detroit City Code.

(b)

In order to obtain lead clearance for the rental property, the owner shall provide the post-remedy clearance report to the buildings and safety engineering department.
