§ 38-11-7. Penalties.

(a)

Any person who shall be convicted of violating any provision of this division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both in the discretion of the court.

(b)

Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense and may be punished accordingly.
