§ 38-11-28. Presence in places where hypodermic syringes or needles are illegally stored or kept prohibited.

A person shall not knowingly remain in any building, apartment, store, automobile, boat, boathouse, airplane or any other place where any hypodermic syringe, needle, or other instrument or implement adapted for the use of any controlled substance by subcutaneous injection or intracutaneous injection, or any other manner or method of introduction into the human body, is illegally sold, dispensed, furnished, given away, stored, or kept with the intent to unlawfully use or possess such hypodermic syringe, needle, implement or instrument.
