§ 39-4-2. Violations; penalties.

Unauthorized use of a handicapper parking space by a vehicle not identified as required under section 39-4-3 shall make it subject to towing away and impoundment at the owner's expense and liability. Violations of this article shall be processed in the same manner as a civil infraction under Public Act No. 300 of 1949, as amended [MCL 257.1 et seq.].
