§ 40-2-3. Depositing or permitting garbage, refuse or waste matter, into park waters prohibited.

(a)

No garbage, oil, sludge, refuse matter, sewage or waste material of any kind shall be discharged thrown, deposited or permitted to fall from any vessel into park waters or upon adjacent wharves, piers docks, or shore area.

(b)

Toilet facilities of any vessel shall not discharge into park waters while such vessel is in park waters or tied to any wharf; pier, or dock within the confines of any park or part of any park.
