§ 40-2-5. Boats to be securely fastened when using mooring space; emergency repairs.

  • All vessels or other seagoing equipment must be properly and securely fastened when using a mooring space in such a way as to avoid fouling or collision. No vessel shall be repaired while occupying a mooring space; provided, that there may be emergency repairs sufficient to remove a vessel from the harbor.
