§ 41-4-22. Annual inspection fee and use tax.

The issuance of any permit under this division and the exercise of any privileges granted by such permit shall be conditioned upon the applicant's payment of an annual inspection fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and the payment of an annual use tax of two hundred dollars ($200.00); provided, that the amount of the inspection fee and use tax hereby imposed may be reduced or increased in the discretion of the city council.
