§ 42-1-17. Name of owner to be placed on poles.

All persons owning or leasing poles of any kind in the city shall place upon each wood pole owned or leased by them the name of the person owning or leasing such wood pole. Such name shall be placed on each wood pole owned or leased by them at a height not lower than four (4) feet nor higher than eight (8) feet from the ground.
