§ 49-4-6. Hours of closing.

No secondhand dealer shall permit his store or place of business, for buying and selling secondhand goods, to be open between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.; provided, that such dealer may keep his place of business open on Saturday until 11:00 p.m.
