§ 50-6-7. Law department to send notices; director of the department of public works to correct city records; department of public works to adjust services.

(a)

Upon the receipt of a copy of the resolution, the law department shall notify the owners of the property abutting on such alley or portion thereof and other necessary parties that the alley or portion thereof has been vacated and converted into an easement for utilities.

(b)

Upon the receipt of a copy of the resolution, the director of the department of public works shall correct the official city maps and records.

(c)

Upon the receipt of a copy of the resolution, the department of public works shall adjust its municipal refuse collection services accordingly.
