§ 55-3-2. Adoption of MCL 257.625(1)(c) - Operating with an alcohol content of .17 or more.

(a)

In accordance with Section 3(k) of the Michigan Home Rule City Act, being MCL 117.3(k), Section 625(1)(c) of the Michigan Vehicle Code, being MCL 257.625(1)(c), as subsequently amended, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this Code as if fully set out herein.

(b)

Subsection (a) of this section shall be punishable by one or more of the following:

(1)

Community service for not more than 360 hours.

(2)

Imprisonment for not more than 180 days.

(3)

A fine of not less than $200.00 or more than $700.00.
