§ 56-3-14. Records of department of water and sewerage to constitute notice of lien; priority of lien.

All sewage service charges shall be assessed against the premises served and shall be a lien against the same and shall have the same force and effect and shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as provided for water charges in division 3 of article II of this chapter and Section 7-1502 of the Charter.
