§ 58-6-4. License number to be used in advertising.

In connection with and as a part of all advertising in newspapers, magazines, periodicals, folders, pamphlets or otherwise put out by any licensee under this article, there shall be displayed, in a prominent place at the top of such advertising, the word "Operating under City License No. ____________ ," inserting in the blank space the number of the licensee's current license under this article.
