§ 21-2-2. Sale, possession, etc., of adulterated or misbranded food prohibited.

No person, by himself or his agents or servants, shall, within the city, have in his possession, with intent to sell, offer or expose for sale or sell any article of food which is adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of this article.
