§ 24-6-20. Condemnation, seizure and destruction of illegal powder; right of public health director to inspect.

The public health director or any inspector of the department of health shall have the authority and it shall be their duty to condemn, take immediate possession of, confiscate and destroy or impound any insecticidal or pest control powder found in and upon the premises in violation of this division and to make complaint for such violation thereof. The public health director or any such inspector shall at all times have the right to open any barrels, boxes or other packages, at their discretion, in or upon any premises, for the purpose of determining whether there exists any such violation.
