§ 24-6-19. Use of powder in food handling establishments.

It shall be unlawful for any person who conducts a food handling establishment where food or liquid for human consumption is sold, offered for sale, manufactured, prepared or stored to have in or upon his premises, for the destruction or control of insects, vermin, rodents or other pests, an insecticidal or a pest control powder that is not in conformity with section 24-6-18.
