§ 39-4-3. Handicapper parking space restricted use.

No driver shall be permitted to use a handicapper parking space except those vehicles which display prominently a certificate issued by the department of state under the provisions of MCLA 257.675(5) or who display special registration plates pursuant to MCLA 257.803d.
