§ 42-1-14. Tampering with public lighting system, etc.; placing of wires in conduits or on poles of public lighting system prohibited.

No person shall open or tamper with any manhole or any vault or junction box connected with the conduits of the public lighting system, nor shall any person attempt to place or place any wires in such conduits or upon the poles of such system without permission in writing from the Public Lighting Department.
